At the check out, I chose to send my payment by mail. I changed my mind and want to pay by credit card. How can I do that?
You can easily do that here.

What is Pre-Order?
Pre-Order means that you are paying for an item that is not in stock. It applies only to the new items for upcoming new year's catalog. We may list the projected shipping date, but there is no guarantee that we will ship on exactly that date. We do guarantee that all Pre-Order items will be the first to be shipped out immediately when we receive them from manufacturer. Your credit card (or PayPal account) will be charged the moment you place your order.

If you order contains both a Pre-Order item (or items) and an in stock item (or items), then all items that are is stock will be shipped to you within 24 hours of when you place your order, and the Pre-Order items will ship to you separately immediately when we have in stock. You will be charged for your entire order when the order is placed.

I received my shipping quote and want to buy this item. At checkout, I didn't see the shipping quote. Just price of the item. How should I pay for shipping?
A separate payment for shipping charges is required. After you placed your order and completed the checkout, go to UPS/USPS Tracking Page and follow the instructions on that page.

How can I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking number in it. You may track your package right from our web site by going to UPS/USPS Tracking Page.

Tracking is available to United States sales only. For outside United States, buyers will receive insurance number instead.

How long does it take for my shipment to arrive?
For package shipped in United States please see time-in-transit chart.

Exchange/Refund/Return (United States Only):
All items that we sell are brand new and factory sealed. If any of the items you have ordered got damaged in transportation, you will receive %100 of your money back. You only need to call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to inform them of damage. And please keep all items and materials intact. UPS will contact us afterwards and we will deal with the insurance paperwork. You do not need to do anything.

If the item arrives in non-working condition and the box is not damaged, you are covered for 90 days warranty from Mr. Christmas. All replacements are handled free of charge directly by manufacturer. In order to replace the item please call 1-800-4MR-XMAS and a representative will guide you through the process. For your convenience, you may also contact them directly through their web site.

If none of the above applies to you and you simply want to return the item, please contact us first for authorization number and return shipping label. As soon as item is received here, the item's serial number will be checked against our database and it will be tested for full functionality. Upon passing these tests, you will receive your full payment minus shipping charges for both ways. Also, please make sure that all papers and the manual is included, otherwise %15 restocking fee will be applied. If the tests fail, item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchange/Refund/Return (Outside United States):
Please be advised that we do our best for packaging the items. All items that we sell are brand new, factory sealed and originally packaged in the best way possible. Usually they do not need extra protections even though we may increase it. Sometimes during the transportation or other circumstances out of our control, you may receive your item in non-working condition or damaged.
ALL SALES FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE FINAL. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF FOR ANY REASON THE ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED OR IN NON-WORKING CONDITION, BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO FILL OUT INSURANCE CLAIM PAPER WORKS AT DESTINATION POST OFFICE. What type of payment types are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, eCheck) through PayPal. You do not need to have an account with them or be registered in order to pay for you order. All you need is a valid credit card and an email address.

How about the AC adapters?
All products the we carry are compatible with United States electricity standard which is 120 V/AC. It is your responsibility to make sure it works in your country. 220 V/AC adapters are easily available in your local electronic store for replacement or by contacting manufacturer.

Some items do not show any price. How can I order those items?
You can't! Items that do not show any price are considered to be retired. They may become available again in the future..
